Rich is the Founder and Managing Principal of Next Frontier Realty. A Wall Street veteran and investment professional, he specializes in sourcing real estate for institutional, hedge fund, and individual clients. Rich also serves as Founder and Managing Partner of sister company Next Frontier Real Estate Holdings, investing in opportunistic commercial property and land assets. Rich began his career in the U.S. Army and retired as a Captain before entering into finance and real estate.
